PAYLON Doors offer several types of aluminum double swinging doors. They are relatively easy to install and require little to no maintain once in service. They are constructed to withstand heavy abuse of foot and cart traffic. Aluminum double swinging restaurant doors are offered with a wide arrangement of accessories to match any needed application. Our double swinging doors are constructed from ether a single sheet of aluminum, commonly called double swinging sheet doors or for applications requiring a heavier more robust door, we offer our aluminum wood core door. Depending on the model, our wood core aluminum doors come standard with a 12” or 48” high stainless steel kick or impact plate.

Based on the door model, there are several accessories available. The most common accessories include, longer or larger windows for handicap accessibility, stainless steel or ABS impact plates, handles, locks, full perimeter door seal, teardrop bumpers, jamb guards and door frames. Door frames are available as a standard paintable type or full stainless steel.

Aluminum Sheet doors are ideal for confined areas with fast-moving traffic. A wood core aluminum door is more suited for areas requiring better noise and temperature isolation or will be subject to more cart abuse. Once your model has been selected, provide us with your finished opening width and height. If you would like to also purchase a steel frame we need to know your rough opening or the finished opening needed and we will provide a rough opening needed for the complete package to fit. Most doors and frames are ready to ship in 10 to 12 business days. Aluminum sheet doors can ship in 3 to 5 business days.
